AI tools for presentations

AI tools for presentations can turn one sentence into a deck draft you can discuss. The first version handles structure and page order. The numbers, examples, and your own judgment still have to be replaced with your material.

Gamma turns one idea into a presentation, a document, or a web page. It is useful when you want to see the visual structure, keep editing, and then share it. MeetNewAI records a free plan and paid plans. The last check was October 13, 2026. Quotas follow gamma.app.

How to write the first sentence

Write three things before you start. Who the audience is. What decision they should make, or the one thing they should remember. About how many pages. Put those three into the first request so the draft has a page order. For example: a ten-minute talk for product colleagues, six pages, and a last page that asks them to confirm the schedule.

After the draft appears

Edit each page title so the title itself states that page's conclusion. Delete a repeated page: when two pages say the same thing, keep the one with the more specific information. Then replace placeholder numbers, customer names, and dates with your own. If the deck still has to enter a company template, take this version as the draft and lay it out again in the template.

Related tools are in AI presentations. For the next one, still ask whether one sentence produces a structure you can discuss, and whether the free plan covers this draft.
